Plan an event. What better way to improve your presence in the community than by hosting an event? You can host a family day, take part in a community fundraiser, or set up a booth at a local arts fair or outdoor day. Look for ways to get involved!

Research the industry. Many business owners would find greater success if they took some time to research the condition of the industry they’re in. Get to know how competing or neighboring stores, restaurants, etc. are doing and look for areas in which you can improve. It never hurts to be in the know!
